 | Report Progress on a weekly basis to someone that cares about success
of project, ask for advice. |
 | Plan on a task taking longer than you expect, plan ahead. |
 | Have occasional brainstorming sessions at a local restaurant or bar. |
 | Get to know your group well, find out their likes and dislikes, get
together with the group for other than business purposes, invite family
and significant others. |
 | Look for the strengths and weakness of team members, work with the
strengths. |
 | Try not to save anything for the end, there is always something you
can get started on. |
