Outcome #1:  Each team member has attended two design reviews by other teams.  At each design review, the team member has taken quality notes in his/her logbook that have helped that individual learn in ways that are impactful & motivating.

Outcome #2:  Meet all expectations that are presented in info on design review.  Summary of expectations:

1. Project Definition.  The project definition (situation analysis, needs, specifications, constraints, and deliverables) is professional, complete & clear so that all team members and the client know what the project outcomes will be, they agree on these outcomes, and they are motivated to produce these outcomes.
2. Project Learning.  Project learning has produced significant added value and the knowledge has been documented so that it can be re-used in future projects.
3. Concept Designs.  Based on extensive project learning, valid engineering calculations, and significant/substantive prototyping, the team has developed 2-3 alternative designs, each of which has presented with depth & detail that convinces the client that the concepts are attainable.
4. Project management.  The team has developed and applied a project schedule, a work breakdown structure, a web-based documentation system, and a risk-tracking system that (a) keeps the client continually informed of progress and (b) convinces the client that the team will effectively manage their resources to produce project outcomes.
