How to achieve success in the coming weeks

working on different designs with the gourd prototype

This will help by sharing my thoughts on how to achieve success.

Making more than one prototype for me to test will be beneficial so I can see which designs work better.

Section three: Issue/Challenges for the coming week

#1 We are entering a critical time in the project, there is alot of attention being brought to our project and the designs do not live up to the hype, we have a very challenging week of design and evalution of the existing prototypes.

#2 By COB Thursday. A spec document for each filter (3) that will go to
Kenya.  Each spec document must meet the quality criteria described
in our text (ulrich & eppinger).  Specs must describe a filter that
has high flow rate, safe water, and ease of use.

#3 After every member provides there view of project success in the next five weeks it is imperative that we all decide on direction and s.m.a.r.t outcomes that will be achived in the next five weeks.

Section four: WBS for the coming week -more to be added during the meeting tomorrow
