advisorr1 Section one: Success for the past week #1 Team realignment-- after a long break we needed to get back into the swing of things and consider where we are and where we are going from a realistic point of view. #2 G and Mark are heading to Boise to promote our project.

Section three: Issue/Challenges for the coming week #1 We are entering a critical time in the project, there is alot of attention being brought to our project and the designs do not live up to the hype, we have a very challenging week of design and evalution of the existing prototypes. #2 By COB Thursday. A spec document for each filter (3) that will go to Kenya. Each spec document must meet the quality criteria described in our text (ulrich & eppinger). Specs must describe a filter that has high flow rate, safe water, and ease of use. #3 After every member provides there view of project success in the next five weeks it is imperative that we all decide on direction and s.m.a.r.t outcomes that will be achived in the next five weeks. Objectives are to obtain laboratory procedures for each of the tests. Summerize materials needed and costs associated with materials. Resolve international issues with transportation. Purchase and pack by Feb. 7th
Create one working prototype from Clay, Moringa and Carbon. Quantify microbial removal by spectrophotometer. Quantify flow rate.
