| Issues and challenges for the coming week #1 just over a week before our trip to Africa and not one of the sub teams came through with there fully completed design. This is very troubling because we need to give them options with our designs and we must be able to defend the designs. #2 there is an ethical dilemma involved in the completion of our designs. We need to prove that these design will work in Moscow if there is any chance of making it work in Kenya. #3 The documentation for the completed tasks needs great improvement. Completing a task is worthless if there is no documentation. #4 The team needs to be able to trust each other to get things done. Time is scarce right now and it is difficult enough to get your own designs without encouraging other to press forward. This is where personal ownership becomes very important. We must take responsibility to complete the tasks in a timely fashion.
WBS for the coming week
