april19meetingTeam Meeting April 19th 2007 I. Prototype update A. transmitter, comparator, and CPLD were ordered and ultimately on back order. A new order has been submitted, parts will be here on Friday B. A printed Circuit Board for the Sensor/Transmitter circuitry has been designed and ordered. It will arrive on Saturday, otherwise, Monday. C. Schedule 1. Friday 20th: Circuit components arrive in mail - Jeff will have Greg solder the CPLD to a surface-mount-to-through-hole adapter and pass it off to Lloyd to be programmed. Jennifer will provide Laila with the battery connectors to be integrated into the sleepwear.
2. Weekend 21st - 22nd: Lloyd will program the CPLD - Jeff will determine bias resistor values to be used on the final sensor/transmitter circuit. 3. Monday 23rd: PCB will arrive in the mail, Greg will remove the programmed CPLD from the adapter and solder it and the comparator to the PCB - Team will meet at 2:30pm in senior design suite. To make a presentation and poster. 4. At this point we'll re-evaluate progress made on the electronics and adjust the schedule accordingly.
