Taylor Wilderness Research Station is located in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness. It can only be accessed by small plane or via hiking along Forest Service trails. The Station is the University of Idaho's wilderness field station, which provides research and educational opportunities. The field station is not available to the public for recreational use.
