Team Shock Therapy is sponsored by the NAVY base in Bayview Idaho and is mentored by Herb Hess. The design team consists three seniors from the University of Idaho: David Bankhead (Electical Engineering), Tim Blake (Electrical Engineering), and Travis McMillen (Electical Engineering).
