The purpose of this project is to develop a software tool to enable the State Board of Education staff to find and retrieve document text based on incomplete specifications.

Over the years, an organization collects files of minutes of meetings and other documents recording issues discussed and decisions made. Years later, while considering an issue, the officials want to retrieve text from old documents that covers related issues. They may not recall when these things were discussed, or have precise strings of text (keywords) to search for.
