Markus Geiger

Markus H. Geiger is a Senior in Electrical Engineering at the University of Idaho and will be graduating with a B.S. in Spring 2012. Born in 1988 he spent most of his life in Germany, pursuing an athletic career as a distance runner in track-and-field. After graduating from high-school in 2007 he worked one year in the German civil service. That same year, after participating in the European U20 championships, he was offered a track-and-field scholarship  to attend the University of Idaho (UI) and run varsity Track/Cross Country, which he accepted. In Fall 2008 he enrolled as a freshman in Computer Engineering at UI. Markus will contribute to the team through his knowledge of digital and analog circuits and design, semiconductor physics and semiconductor manufacturing. He obtained much of this knowledge through ECE310/410 as well as a summer 2011 internship in DRAM Product Engineering at Micron, Inc. He is currently (Fall 2011) enrolled in ECE415 (CMOS IC Design), ECE445 (VLSI Design) and ECE460 (Semiconductor Devices). Furthermore he brings organizational talent and creativity to the team.

Chris Goodale

Chris Goodale is an undergraduate student at University of Idaho studying electrical engineering.  He is currently a senior.  In addition to electrical engineering, he is studying for a minor in mechanical engineering and is an Army ROTC cadet.  He attended Bishop Kelly high school in Boise, ID and has one brother and two sisters. He benefited greatly from an internship in DRAM Product engineering at Micron in Summer 2011 and will bring that added experience to the table.  In addition Chris brings to the team the knowledge of digital circuits, VHDL, and a background in Cadence.

Pin-Jen Wang

Pin-Jen Wang is an undergraduate at the University of Idaho. He is currently a senior and is majoring in Electrical Engineering. He will be completing his bachelor’s degree in May 2012. He is from Taiwan, and attended High school plus 2 years college in Nanto county, Taiwan. He is interested in analog and digital circuit, semiconductor device, and electronic packaging. He is looking forward to work, learn and gain experience with intelligent senior design group.
